“Step 2” We confirm stocks availability and sum order amount for payment

“Step 3” Customers send payment and notice us, so we can arrange shipment promptly

“Step 4” We ship order out within 12hours ( Upon receive payment),and then send tracking number to buyer.

“Step 5” Shipping take 5-7 days, buyer can wait and receive order at home.

NO.1  How about the price ?
1, All the prices tagged to the products on our website are wholesale prices and include shipping cost..
 

2, These prices are applied in these countries: USA, UK, France, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Norway, Spain, Portugal.

3, If the quantity of your order is below 6 pairs, you should pay for extra traffic charge, you can get more details from our company’s service supporter.

 

NO.2  What are your Payment Methods ?
We Only accept  three  Methods at this time.

2:MoneyGram

3:T/T

( we don't use Paypal or any Credit Cards )

         

( Why? Paypal or Credit Cards service is unavailable at present because there is no bank can cash out payment in our local city(China).

NO.3  What are your Shipping Methods ?
We can ship orders via following carriers,carriers be used sometimes subject to the locations.( We shipped to WorldWide )

           

 

 

NO.4  How long will it take to receive order after payment ?

We Stick to prompt delivery, normally we ship order out in same day we receive payment,and the tracking number can be provided in 2 days,

after we provide tracking number, then you can expect to receive products in 5 days, so you will spend totally 7 business days to expect merchandises arrival.

Usually the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 5-7 days from the time we process your order.

however we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process.

Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Q:How do I know what size to order ?
A:All shoes in our online catalog is true to size. Meaning if you wear a size 12, our products are the same in size then the ones you would buy at the store.

Q:Is there Minimum Order required ?
A:We do retail and wholesale business,customers not limited to order mixed quantity,you can even order one pair, however different quantity get different discounts,if you would get a lower price,you should try to make an order at or about 6 pairs.  if your purchase for wholesale,you can order 12 pairs/carton.

Q:
How are shoes packaged ?
A:All package in its original box. Merchandises are carefully surrounded in protective material and packaged in a our inventory wrap. Be aware that shoe boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping carriers.

Q:Is there any extra cost happened to me when i recieve goods ?
A:There are no any extra cost happened to you,we have paid insurance and shipping cost in our side.

Q:When do I get my tracking number ?
A:As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you. normally you can receive tracking number in 2 days. ( most time we can provide tracking number in 24 hours )

 

Q:I received my tracking number, however it says no records on the carrier website ?
A:We can have the tracking number once shipment release,and then send tracking number to you for tracking purpose,if you cannot see records on the site right away,please try to see records later,because sometime the carrier input the shipping information not so quick,however,we can guarantee that the shipment been on the way if you have received tracking number.

 

Q:If there is a problem with the shoes I have received, what should I do ?
A:If there is any problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Inform us of the problem with your order and we will give you instructions on our return policy.
